RC #13 Celebrates 250th Anniversary of the Shakers in America
Hancock Shaker Village celebrates the many contributions of leader Ann Lee and her followers. Exhibits throughout the village honor Mother Ann, the Shaker Sisters who lived in Hancock, and the many women who have brought the Shaker story to life.Historical narratives are presented through images, writings, recordings, drawings, samples, music and objects used by the Shakers in day-to-day life.
Date: August 14, 2024
Time: 10 AM ( meet at New Lebanon site; Hancock opens at 11 AM)
Admission: $18 for seniors, AAA, retired military, $20 others
PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL
Guided tours, hiking & shopping
Most historic buildings are NOT wheelchair accessible; no pets except service dogs
Lunch available onsite at Woodlife Kitchen

RC13 CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the venue cancels, we will notify all participants and shred any checks that were submitted
If an attendee needs to cancel:
If no minimum attendee number is needed, the attendee may cancel up to the deadline date and any checks will be shredded.
If there is a minimum number of participants required, then a person may cancel up to the deadline date only if a replacement can be found. After a replacement is found any check payment will be shredded. If no replacement is found, then no payment will be refunded.
